Music blasted through Will's speakers and at first he didn't notice how loud it was. He was thinking about the last time he listened to this with Jesse. Right before the school what was it? That stupid show she played in. She was nervous, and he was too for her. So they listened to rap and thought about what it was like somewhere else. Then right before she went to play she kissed him on the cheek and went to play. It was good, but also not her best. Like it wasn't like jamming at her house. Less stress of people looking at you, but it was good.
Will didn't even know if she still played, or did play he thought.
He didn't, it wasn't even a concious decision. Just a slow fade. Less and less. He probably would if he still lived here, but there wasn't enough room when he moved the first time and now well it just didn't fit in.
At the red light he tapped his legs.
