That particular day the sun peaked through his blinds sending out sun beams all around the room. These nudged him awake before his alarm. He got up catching a glimpse of himself in the mirror he did one of his old moves. A sort of jazz hands. This he hadn't done that dance move in a long time. That was his signature, he hadn't done it also without the blue paint on. This frightened him for a second who he was and who he is now seemed to be staring at one another through the mirror.
He stopped and slumped back into his bed. He had to be careful with the kid. He couldn't do that.
He got up, and pushed the first domino that was his routine. He was still excited, brushed his teeth quickly tapping his foot. While he ate he had another song in his head.
" I'm Blue dabodee dabodie, dabodee dabodie, dabodee dabodie."
He smiled to himself, and finished his food.
It was time, he got his shoes on, laced them once then knotted them twice.
He would show the kid some special moves today. He would show him how to dance.
Show him how to actually dance.
