He turned the steam of the espresso on, drowning out any potential response from Tony.
The steam died down, and the milk he was steaming slowly came to form. He pounded the metal steam mug on the table twice.

The steam had stopped, so Tony started again.
"Uh, its just to settle everything, like gets the milk ready to pour." And with this poured a latte, simple with a heart in the middle.
"I read somewhere it doesn't matter like you don't have to tap."

"Maybe tomorrow you could try it. "

With this Joey started cleaning, he checked the tops and sugars by the door, organizing them back to their near perfect state.
