"Do you guys really think they'll have protein powder?" Jack asked.
"Dude the coffee shop for sure, like yeah totally." Aaron replied.
It was now Alan realized Jack hadn't been living the same life he was, as he watched Jack walk up to the counter and ask for a protein shake, and then Aaron bursting out laughing.
"Why the fuck would you think a cafe has protein shakes" LA has changed you man."
"I just I swear I used to get it from a cafe down the road."
Jack shrugged and kept laughing. Mikayla giggled at the register.
"Idk man I just thought they would to me it makes sense."
"Another world, jeez damn. Alan we should have bet on that, id be able to buy you all an omlette."
"Omlettes have protein Jack."
Jack rolled his eyes.
"What should we do now. Alan still needs to finish his weird flower pot then we go get some actual food? What do you think."
