Alan searched the house for his keys. His eyes glued to her little dot. Moving further and further west. Could she be going to her parent's? That was an hour south more or less. No what the fuck.
He tried calling again it just rang and rang.
"Hey Siri, call Aaron."
"Helllooo"
"Hey man I can't get ahold of her, will you try to call her."
"Uh, is she moving again? I uhhh."
"Yeah, but she's heading west, like to
Westcity
why would she be doing that?"
"Dude I don't know." Aaron said.
"She just wants to drive?"
"She's a free woman. Glad she's alright though, I was worried for like two seconds."
"But she won't answer me." Alan said.
Aaron was silent.
"I don't know man, maybe she's just driving talking to people leaving voice notes."
"I wouldn't worry, she'll probably just be a little later. I don't know maybe she's rescuing a puppy?" Aaron said.
"Yeah, I guess your right. Alan said.
He kept watching her blue dot driving, west and further west.
"What the fuck where is she going."
"Dude you watching her? Stop that." Aaron said. "It's weird, like creepy old dude weird."
