"Never heard of it." The gas stopped pumping the car was full now.

"Aren't you gunna get something to keep you going? You haven't eaten for hours."
"What oh, uh yeah, I should. You want anything?""
"Just a slimjim for me, and a water. I feel a bit parched."
He was wearing sunglasses now, and out west he kept saying words like in a western movie. Alan hated it but it made him laugh.
