Marc left the messages while walking around the farm. It was only ever he wasn't doing much. Maybe like taking the trash out to the road. It became his routine, sometimes when waiting for the coffee to percolate, or other times just taking the dog out in the morning.
It was colder, but leaving the messages made things warmer. Or the time passed faster.
The leaves were changing so it was time to rake and clean everything up. Denver said he liked this time of year, but for Marc it was always hard. Something about it he didn't like. Made him uneasy. Denver said it was just light changing it did that to people.
Throughout though he just kept leaving the messages. He liked knowing that BAKA was listening. Even if he wasn't he didn't really care.
Marc that day had to collect all the leaves and leave them buy the road. He wanted to say something about that to BAKA like isn't it funny you have to leave the leaves. But instead he just hoped that he was well, and he meant it.
The sun was setting then, but he had a headlamp, something the leaves didn't expect he thought.
