said he was looking into using a tool called Writesonic. Per the website, this company offers AI-powered writing tools to generate high-performing ads, blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, etc. Okay, this sounds like an interesting idea. You have my curiosity. As I scrolled through the site, my curiosity turned into dismay.
What all can Writesonic write for you?
That's a little awkward. Do you need the word "all?"
How Writesonic works?
Is this a question or a statement?
Who is Writesonic for?
This is an unforgivable error. Even many native English speakers would miss that it should be whom. I stopped scrolling after that one.
I'm not some expert writer. I identify as a writer, which I started as a hobby. It's still a hobby, in a sense, because I'm not a professional. This is not the way I make my living, yet. I know I've got a long way to go to compete with people who write for a living. They have a lot more time and practice.
People don't expect much from someone's hobby. People do have high expectations when you say you've got a product or service that solves a problem. If you are out there with a product that you expect people to pay money for, you'd better deliver the goods. If your gig is to provide tools to write great copy, I better see great copy on your website.

To be fair though, it's probably just someone's hobby project? Not their gig.
