I came across a sales tip a few minutes ago. I think it is a big one.
Sell the problem - Not the solution
I remember investing a lot of time in the features of my products. Creating a lot of visuals for the solution. I barely spent any time talking about the problem. I assumed people aren't interested in the problem or already know it.
I have no background in sales. In fact, I think I am horrible at it. I hate feeling like I am invading someone's space if I am trying to sell something. So I could use any lessons on that end.
This sell the problem advice sounds interesting. I may incorporate that in the future.

Sell fire, not the flower.
