Crooked Schedules - 3 Baker Ave. Facebook coffee Chipotle honeybush caffeine

"Hello, Jake."

It was Riley from back in the day. We'd both lived in Williams Hall, and we'd often go eat and try to study together. After moving off campus it got hard trying to see each other, and I guess we just found our own ways.

"So you're living off campus now?"

It turned out that she was now living roughly around the same neighborhood as me. I was closer to
Baker Ave.
of course, but her's wasn't too far north. I thought I'd seen her and her housemates posting pics on
Facebook
, but how was I supposed to know where it was.

We chatted. She sipped
honeybush
tea, which apparently was
caffeine
free, and tasty... she insisted that I take some sips. I guzzled my Nicaraguan black
coffee
, the caffeine stimulating me so much I began to sweat and shake my feet on the ground. I probably looked like a dog to Riley, but perhaps a cute dog. Because she told me to text her so that we could hang out.

After Riley left I noticed how starved I was. I went next door for a chicken bowl from
Chipotle
. Then I took a walk to cool off my mind. I was just so excited to fucking be done with this chem exam, and I had a 30 pack of beer with my name on it as soon as it was over. And also I was excited at the thought of hanging out with Riley. Maybe it'd as soon as this weekend.

When I returned to the cafe, I glanced around quick to see if the woman had shown up. No where. Not yet. Strange. That occupied my mind until I opened up my laptop to see a Facebook message from Riley.
