We make them, then wait eagerly for congratulations and permission from others.

But what permission are we thirsty for?

Documenting is more truthful than announcing, but people never last with the documenting.

They'll make excuses: most popular one being they are too busy. But there is something one never grows too busy for. Nobody, no matter how busy they are will ever avoid or neglect discovering.
