I continue to have very vivid dreams for the last 10 days.
It doesn't make any sense. The dreams are not of relaxing things and I wake up feeling tired and anxious. I changed up some of the supplements I was taking in case that was the cause but nothing has changed.
It is 1am right now and I am dreading going to sleep. It is a new worrisome topic every night. I feel like I have good control over my thoughts when I am awake but none when I sleep. I have started to need caffeine to get through the day.
My bother has a theory about this. He also noticed that when his body is fighting something like a cold or fever, he gets scary dreams. So maybe my body is fighting something and my dreams are somehow connected to that. I don't know but tonight I am thinking of taking some melatonin to see if I notice any difference. I just need a solid 8 hours - of no weird dreams - to get good rest.

I believe there's something to your altered that you've been dealing with since you quit your job.
I have the best sleep when my mind hears calming sounds and words just before I close my eyes.
My body and mind tend to feel safe. Maybe you can explore that as well if you haven't already.
