Generational Content

There is a genre of videos I call generational content. The premise is one or more people younger people (teens to mid-twenties) film themselves listening to "old" songs for the first time. For some reason, they tend to be black people.

Aside - When I was sitting at the lunch table in high school one day, I was telling the group about my experience traveling to the courthouse in downtown Fort Wayne due to a speeding ticket. I described the scene and that there were a lot of black people there. My classmate Ryan immediately responded by asking, "Did they have to be black??" I was puzzled by that question and responded, "Well they didn't have to be black they were black!" I later understood his point asking why I mentioned that there were black people. It was just an observation, nothing more.

I find these videos interesting because these are songs I'm very familiar with, and it is interesting to see the reactions of people as they listen for the first time. Some people focus on the lyrics; others focus on the melodies. Some have a very cerebral analysis while others focus on how the songs evoke emotion. Here is one example with the song Bohemian Rhapsody.
I believe in the states the black youth have always spearheaded and dominated dancing videos even before
