How All of it Was

as reply to in the future, he'd remember

She liked having him. It was nice someone was there to talk to when it was slow. It seemed like though winter break was the busy period. They were the only place with a decent seating area. Imogen hated it though. Not the money, that she was happy, she could maybe by the end of the year save up for another grinder, that would finally make the decaf people happy. They were never happy. No what she hated was everyone coming back, everyone saying shit like, "I don't get why you stay here.". Not Alan though he wouldn't say that, just come in and chill. She liked that about him, he didn't need to do anything. Just content with life. If she focused on the other customers he always made a movement like "go go talk to them first, no worries".

Although she didn't really want to, she would like to just make coffees for him. She liked how he acted when the coffee was really good, he'd say "Damn, I can't believe thats just milk and ground beans" or when it was really good he would just nod his head and smile.

She liked that. How all of it was.
