I have been away from here long enough that writing is now difficult. 

Before I stopped, I had several topics in my day on any given day and all I had to do was focus on one. A comment, a question, a movie or an incident in a day would be a prompt to write. Now I don't automatically think about writing. It is a tough few minutes when I open the laptop and consider the topic I want to write about. 

It is not like I have nothing to write about. There is so much. But it is like meeting someone close after a long time. You wonder what topic is the best to start with so you can avoid the awkward silence. I am at that phase with Adagia. I have come to the site to want to write but didn't do it. I am not back in my flow of things. 

I want to get back to my monthly reviews. I want to continue the memoir type writing cause I have a lot I want to share there. But I want to write without stressing about what to write about first. 

It was so hard to build the writing habit and too easy to lose it.
