The bar in Cuba

A few years back, when I started something cigars and drinking whisky, my best friend and me made a decision, a promise.

If somebody we get overwhelmed by the world, the internet and everything else, we are going to Cuba and open up a cigar and whisky bar.

I know, I know, there are probably more than enough bars in Cuba and for sure they have more enough cigars. I wonder if the people there even smoke cigars, or if they are only there to produce them?

Also I think importing whisky wouldn’t be as easy as somebody might think. At least that is a think that “ghosts” around in my brain.

However, not today and not tomorrow, but maybe someday?
Have you smoked an actual Cuban cigar? I have once, and it was too strong for my taste.

I’ve smoke sooooooo many cigars that I can’t say for sure that I didn’t :)
May father always says the Monte Cristo once are the strongest but I had even stronger once in the last year :)

My friend and I had a dream of opening a cafe that turned into a nightclub. We even ideated about who our bodyguards would be.

We'd need a big charismatic guy like The Rock. We'd need the tough sunglass'd type like Vin Diesel. and we'd need the handsome guy who was not that big and strong but more relatable like David Beckham lol

I had a goal to one day open a cafe that will serve just one dish. I had that dish already decided along with the name of the place.
Even as recently as yesterday, I brought up that idea to my family who reminded me that most cafes had the worse success rate than most businesses.... especially now around COVID. But it is great to have a someday goal.

Not only it is a great someday goal, it is also a really great "what if" thought :)
