would he?

The big man wobbled in.

"You bozos done?" Smirk on his face. The cheering died down.

He wobbled slowly, step by step over to the wall of guns.

"You see this column? These are specialized for hollow points. You'll want these to put fuckers down." the jovial voice sounded awkward speaking foul language. "You'll want half your guys with hollow points. You'll want the other half with those. Armor piercers. Your bound to run into vests."

The man and Danny nodded to each other. Blayne noticed this. Blayne thought there was more than guns in this deal. There would also be men. Some of the Junkyard Boys. Maybe even a car or two. God Blayne wished he knew where they would be going. How long. The uncertainty was wringing him.

He wanted to ask questions. But he didnt' want to sound stupid. Plus... he didn't even know if he was on good terms with Danny. Just five minutes ago he thought Danny had brought him here to have him off'd. Was that still a possibility? Now that he thought about it, probably not. All Blayne had done was given the kid a ten or fifteen minute extra head start by pointing in the wrong direction. Even if Danny knew Blayne had lied, he wouldn't kill him for it.

Would he? His mind couldn't stop asking the question.

The sound of the head cocking on a Desert Eagle brought Blayne back to.

"Let's go boys," Danny said with a smile. A smile that assured Blayne that maybe. Maybe he would kill him over a lie.
