Baka looked at Dave. Dave nodded.

No words were said. But Keith had a sense of what they were doing.

"I'll be right back." dave said quiet. He slid out the door like a phantom.

Baka didn't kiss his teeth for once. This surprised Keith. He was used to Baka always being upset about something. Not right now though.

"So we got the call?" Keith asked.

Baka looked at him. Kissed his teeth. Went back to nodding his head. "Yeh. Sure ting."

Keith was hoping for some more information. Got none. Just sat there feeling like an idiot. Three minutes later Dave appeared again. The whole time baka didn't stopp nodding his head. Keith thought there was a Drake song playing in Baka's imagination or something.

"Okay. Let's go."

"You done it?'

Dave nodded.

What the hell did they do? Keith wondered. Did they kill her?

When they went out into the parking lot Keith saw her Subaru. He could make her out in there. She was there. She was alive. They didn't kill her!

They all piled into the big body suburban. Baka drove. Dave sat up front. Keith in the back.

As soon as they left the parking lot Baka laughed. "Man put an airtag on that ting's vehicle eh? So we'll keep tabs on that broad."
