And Madder

as reply to don't mess with her

Johnny was trying to listen to this woman. There was training in the hospital, but also a bit she reminded him of someone. It wasn't his mom, but maybe his grandma. So he felt like he should stay.

He had left his watch upstairs, but it couldn't have been more than 20 minutes he thought. McKayla was usually late anyway, so it was fine.

He also forgot his glasses, so anything too far away was just a blur.

He liked the washer here, but he usually preferred to hang his clothes to dry.

The sheets and everything he was holding were wet, the front of his sweatshirt now was wet, and soon he could feel it would be his undershirt.

The lady didn't seem to notice this was uncomfortable. Didn't seem to care, just kept telling him.

"Don't you miss your momma? Why would you be here without her? I know when I was young I thought you didn't have to be close to someone to show you you love them, but now I see thats the only way. "

He nodded trying to wait for a break where could escape.

Outside the door and through McKayla was there staring at him, getting madder and madder.
