This is an unforgivable error. Even many native English speakers would miss that it should be whom. I stopped scrolling after that one.
I'm not some expert writer. I identify as a writer, which I started as a hobby. It's still a hobby, in a sense, because I'm not a professional. This is not the way I make my living, yet. I know I've got a long way to go to compete with people who write for a living. They have a lot more time and practice.
People don't expect much from someone's hobby. People do have high expectations when you say you've got a product or service that solves a problem. If you are out there with a product that you expect people to pay money for, you'd better deliver the goods. If your gig is to provide tools to write great copy, I better see great copy on your website.
