Other people didn’t believe that Pete spent all of his time like this. Jack and Sean Don didn’t at least. They’d heard about it, that some people would spend their time watching others. They knew the cameras were up, they didn’t know that their area was one of the most watched areas. It was touted that it would stop crime. Always have someone watching. It was also meant to be helpful for people who didn’t want to leave to see other people doing real things. That was one of the ways to get them back to reality albeit was slow process.
