He Thought

He got into his car. He didn’t remember all the things that were there. It had been awhile since he’d been in the car. Fuck he thought he didn’t even know what if he had gas in the car. It had been parked on the road for a few days now. He was worried it would have a lean to it. He was tired, had had a coffee right as he was walking out but that didn’t help. It always was this time of day that got him but if he didn’t leave now he’d be stuck in traffic.

So he cleaned up the car a little while he wanted the car to warm up. It’s not that it was too cold out, but he’d gotten used to always wearing his jacket over his sweatshirt. He looked down and the black hoodie had some stains, but it was passable, as long as he kept his coat on he thought.

The car had a half of a tank. Thank god. He checked his pocket and managed to remember his wallet. What else did he need, his phone was partially charged so it should be okay he thought.
