Decades later Pete would be sitting in a more mild version of a Goon Cave. Not the kind a goon would be embarrassed by. In fact most people wouldn't consider it a Goon Cave and instead a pedestrian Man Cave. It was dark and there were a few screens and a mini fridge but that was about it.

Pete thought about how his life used to be back in the day. Back then he thought he would be gooning for the rest of his life. He never knew he would be retired and married. It just seemed so out of reach. He couldn't actually explain how he got here. He didn't know how much longer he'd be breathing on this earth. Whenever he thought about his age and how he would not be alive forever he was brought back to his few years up in

It had been so many years now that he could no longer remember why he had gone up to Spacecity in the first place. He wished he had someone he could talk to about this. He would want to know why other Spacecity colleagues had gone up. What were their reasons?
