Consistency > intensity

Training in the gym 15 minutes every day is more beneficial for your health across a wide range of measures than doing an intense workout one day out of the year.

Learning how to code over a period of 6 months will result in more information retention than if you’d stayed up all weekend to do a crash course in coding.

Talking with your most valued customer a few times each quarter to ascertain their needs will usually yield a stronger partnership compared to one on-site visit each year.

Intensity might feel great, but it’s consistency that will offer higher yields in most domains most of the time.
