Sometimes your best will be getting one thing done.
Sometimes your best will be waking up at bright an early, having a remarkably productive day, and coming back home with plenty of energy to boot.
Sometimes your best will be staying in bed all day and doing nothing.
Your “best” isn’t always going to be the same with each day.
After all no two days are entirely alike, and depending on what’s going on in our life our “best” can vary wildly.
Embrace your best — whatever it may be — and give yourself permission to not to hold unrealistic expectations about needing to perform identically from one day to another.
It’s baggage you don’t need.
