I discovered two activities that triggers happiness for me. It's interesting.
One triggers far more joy than the other though.
1) My Spotify Liked Songs
2) My Twitter Bookmarks
My Spotify liked songs playlist is giving me so much joy right now. I have lots of tracks I like but i've only heard once or twice, so track after track is a whole new level of unexpected excitement. A song I've heard before and I like but I can't remember but I know I like it. The excitement slaps different.
My Twitter bookmarks is a trove of wisdom. I have a carefully curated Twitter Timeline, that's my excuse for my mild twitter addiction. Thus my bookmarks are top notch, but I never go back to them. Until last week. I energy and ideas i got from visiting my Twitter bookmarks make me want to turn it into an habit.
I stumbled on these activities last week and they've been a constant source of joy.

Great line! haha.
Is there a way I can access your liked songs as a playlist?
