Hunger fix

Today was tough.
I felt hunger all through the day.
Something about eating well all week and today being Friday makes it difficult to eat right.

I already had my one meal of the day. Felt like I ate nothing. 
Then I had a big cup of cacao butter with almond....hoping that will lock my appetite. 
It did not.

Then I ate 2 pieces of home made chicken wings. 
Still hungry. 

Then I declared it a cheat day and made my favorite home made burger with gluten free slice of bread....I always add tons on onion on that. It is a heavy and delicious meal that no restaurant can replicate. 

Before I ate, I decided to dance for 30 minutes to earn the treat.
30 minutes became 45 and I was in the groove of the music. 

When I got back to my meal, I was no longer hungry. 
My theory is : The dopamine from the dancing wiped off the insatiable hunger. 
Hunger is a funny thing. I find it interesting that it is sometimes tied to attention. Were you staying hydrated?

Yes sir. I have big jug that I drink throughout the day. It is all microbiomes. The faster I learn to fix that, the easier a lot of things become.

Hunger also comes in waves! If you can beat it during the high tide you will find it easier after. It's easier to beat it at high tide with things like exercise.
