I am sure that there are many people who went sleep-deprived as a result of all the preparations needed for the US Presidential Inauguration. Perhaps the most high-profile person to be mocked for this is former President Bill Clinton, who appeared to be nodding off during Biden's speech. This video made me chuckle, but it's not my favorite video of Clinton. That honor goes to this clip of his deposition during the Monica Lewinsky scandal in which he keeps his cool until he is asked about a cigar. At that moment, his face portrays a brief flash of panic (Crap, she told them about that??) and then he regains composure.

These do not sound like the conditions that make you want to take a nap. Either he is on some medication that makes him sleepy or he is sleep-deprived. My bet is on sleep deprivation because that is the state most people are in.
