need sleep

Today I woke up at 4 AM by accident. Before bed, I have set an intention to wake up early today, so I set the alarm for 6:24 AM, a second one for 6:45 AM, and the third one for 7 AM. I might have put a bit too much pressure on myself because I did eventually wake up but much earlier, and, now I feel tired. I went and did my yoga practice in the morning, kinda struggled through it, and then I la1id down in Shavasana and almost fell asleep. But the shalla is not the place for that. I rolled myself up, rolled my mat, and left. I arrived at the office and had a brief chat with my colleagues. It all goes well. Everyone seems to be in a good mood and all. Tonight, a friend is having a little party to celebrate her departure because she is leaving Berlin during the wintertime, eventually migrating to warmer countries in the south of Europe or on some island in the Atlantic ocean. Before that I'll go visit a gallery with a friend and before that ... I have some work to do. Coffee doesn't work in this situation; the best thing  I could do is to sleep for an hour. Ok, but where?
What's the reason for setting multiple alarms in the morning?

I wake up, usually turn it off or don't hear it or shout stop at my phone and it stops

So would it be fair to say without an alarm, you would continue to sleep, indicating that waking up to the alarm set at your current time leads to sleep deprivation?

its 100% that, usually I wake up without an alarm but this past week things have got out of control a bit and had to put an alarm, but that stressed me so much that I woke 2 h earlier and was sleep deprived all day

How come you didn't just go back home for a quick nap? lol

Home is too far unfortunately. I've done that before, but that would just be a short day. I rarely work from home.
