Feels like I lost the momentum I had been building for awhile. Annoyingly, this makes dealing with the work week harder, but tonight I will try to sleep and get back to regular life. But right now the old mind is going but not much direction to it. I am trying to do those little tasks that have to get done but not much thought about them. Its also just a bit hard to focus, and I have walked myself into a corner of too many coffees. It felt nice earlier, but now betrayal. I was looking for some sort of lesson out of this, but I am not sure what it is.
But overall I feel very thankful for the weekend, got to witness two friends start a new life together, and annouce big news. While my work isn't going well right now its nice that life is nice.

You sound a bit stressed, that's not good for the sleep btw, you gotta have food sleep in order to perform well. I've had this issue on several occasions and took CBD oil, 2 spoons before bed. That helped.
If you want to improve your focus do the following:
- set a work schedule (max 6h)
- structure and plan your work (break it down into tasks)
- decide the day before what you're gonna be working on the next day.
- pay yourself a co-working space, oe if you work from home just find a nice calm spot where nobody brothers you.
