Two shootings. One could say to survive two 

shootings

took luck.

But could it be called 

luck

to find yourself in two shootings in the first place.

Sometimes it felt like the most unbelievable luck to even experience this thing called life.

Other times it could feel like the worst kind of luck.

Somedays would be good. He'd think no matter what kind of pain or stress he was going through, he'd realize that it was worth feeling it. The opposite of it would be darkness. A darkness so black that you couldn't even imagine it as a human who has been alive.

He tried imagining it and realized it was futile. One thing he knew for sure was that one day he would descend into it.
