Roof Hotel. Was a subsidiary of the Blue group, which was Blue Inc, but after the whole
Spacecity
fiasco had to rebrand.
"Bigger bolder Blue" the CEO said at the time.
The Blue Roof Hotel was nothing special. From the outside it looked cheap and dilapidated, but inside was most of the controls for everything. The launch pad, and it also housed the 50 odd employees that "ran the show". As well as the 20-40 new "Space Cadets" in training.
It also had a tightly monitored area where they would allow guests to stay. This ends up paying for only a very small amount of the energy budget, but helps a lot with the facade.

Imogen Howe
didn't know any of this. It had fooled her, maybe if she was more focused she would noticed the generators outside. Because they were ten times the size of the ones she had in her cafe. Maybe.
The front desk guys had cameras everywhere and access to the wifi.
