He was already planning his tomorrow-visit. After finishing his mocha drink he left the cafe and went to a college apparel store. His plan was to buy one of those college sweatshirts so that he could blend in more. There was some big championship game coming up and thus the whole town was in a hoopla. Pete would fit in more if he had one of those college sweatshirts.

He was surprised by the diversity of offerings. Having seen so many of these college sweatshirts out in the wild Pete assumed there was at most three or four varieties of the logo and name, but it turned out there was much more at the store. Not only were there different varieties, these different varieties came in an array of prices. Some of these college sweatshirts were affordable to working class families, others were surprisingly luxurious.

A medium price sweatshirt would do. Pete wanted the most run of the mill sweatshirt. He bought one with the name of the college pasted across the chest, the logo in the middle, and the fabric itself stained in the default colors of of the school.

This is what he would wear tomorrow. He was so excited that he knew he would put it on as soon as he got home. He was too embarrassed, or too uncomfortable, to put it on in the store's dressing room. He imagined those rooms being contaimnated by the countless people who had change inside them. It grossed Pete out. Maybe he had watched too much videos on the internet.
