consultant. He didn't know how he became that. When he first learned to 

code

he picked up some gigs writing Wordpress features for random 

clients

. This was in his early twenties. It was a good way to make some change while figuring out what the hell he wanted to do with his life those few years after college.

Actually he did know what he wanted to do with his life. He just was unsure that he could pull it off. He knew he wanted to be a 

masseuse

, however he wanted to be a rich masseuse. He was not confident he could become rich as a masseuse, and so he learned how to code thinking that he would first get rich like those kids in 

Silicon Valley

, and then once he had 

fuck-you money

, he'd live out his dream of being a masseuse.

But now he was 40. A Wordpress Consultant. How the hell did he get here?
