Regular people didn't have time to actually find out where the  Blue Man was. They could watch his videos. And sit in dark bars, drinking one more than they should over loud theories of whether the Blue Man was still alive or not.

But a regular person didn't have the resources...

Outside he went to a different place than the one he Googled. A diner caught his eye. Outside were several dark skinned men by mopeds. Their arms clung onto large delivery bags made of insulated material. It reminded Keith of those old school pizza delivery bags, but more 3D.

A commercial jet is said to burn about a gallon of fuel each second it's in the air. Keith pondered this while on his Southwest airlines flight over to New York . This had been just 48 hours ago.

Strange that all of that felt so far away. So long ago....

Things had not been the same since Chuck's therapist died.

Chuck's wife Linda thought this while drinking a coffee. It was already past noon. She usually never drunk coffee this late. But she'd woken up late. Things were different for her too. Not just for Chuck. Their home was in shambles.

The sky was red when he decided.

If his wife wouldn't allow him to stop seeing the therapist. Then he would simply kill her. Dr. Carol was her name.

He drank the last of his hibiscus tea. It was a different red than the sky. His wife asked him with a smile....

You don't have to be happy all the time. It's something his wife said once. After he had lost his hat. And then shared that he was no longer happy. She said many things. But these words stuck with him.

He had packed one collared shirt. Although he would spend five days in  New York , he would only need to dress up for one of the days. The operation would need to happen swift.

There was a feeling the entire time. From the Uber, to the airport, and finally in  New York . The feeling of being watched.

He'd spent so much of his time watching others so he knew what it felt like to watch. It was uncanny to feel what it was like...

Keith had never observed anyone who worked at the  Empire State Building .

Growing up,  New York felt like the center of the universe. And little Keith could not imagine a world where everybody in New York didn't work in the Empire State Building.
